I have this delightful little recipe from my sister. I believe I've shared it on here before. It's so quick and adaptable and basically foolproof. This time I used a butter pecan cake mix, vanilla pudding and threw in some shredded coconut. Why have I not thought of this concoction before? It is so good! I can tell because between lunches and after school snacks and, well, just snacks it's nearly gone already. Yum!
